Puff Time Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Window

For unopened products, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
(Round-trip shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund.)
Orders Before Shipment
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment before shipment.
Orders in Shipment
If a refund is requested after shipment, it can be processed only if the parcel can be returned to our warehouse.
If the parcel has already arrived, you will need to return it at your own expense.
Refunds will be issued after the parcel is received and inspected.
(Round-trip shipping and any additional taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund.)
Apparel Products Returns
Apparel returns will only be accepted when:

Items are in their original condition and packaging.

Tags remain attached.

Garments are unworn, unwashed, and unstained.
We do not accept returns for:

Underwear or lingerie.

Items received in a condition other than their original state.

Products without their original tags or packaging.

Items that appear worn, washed, or have odors (such as perfume, smoke, or deodorant).

Items marked or damaged in any way, including stains from makeup or similar.
Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?
If you believe an item you've purchased from Puff Time is faulty, incorrect, or missing, please email support@pufftime.net with the following information:

The defect or issue clearly

The full product view

The shipping label with tracking number

All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we confirm the product was faulty or there was a dispatch error by Puff Time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the result.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
