【Worldwide shipping】

We strive to ship orders out according to purchasing priorities. 

Your orders will be shiped on weekdays (from Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.  It will be shipped from Bangkok & Shenshen.

Stock items will be dispatched within 5 business day after payment.
Pre-order items will be dispatched within 7-15 business day after payment (or on the specified date).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as it has been dispatched.  (Tracking can take some days to update after dispatch) Later you can monitor the status of the delivery on the courier's website. You can also contact us to keep you up with any updates on the order.

Although we strive to deliver your package according to our schedule, sometimes the estimated time depends on your local postal company, and customs delays.
